At zumyn, you can order your mosaic in a variety of sizes and formats. Some of these can be delivered globally, whilst others are only available within selected european countries.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated using the most expensive item to deliver in your order. The table of costs is displayed below with standard and express options:

Delivery Times
UK standard delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class or Royal Mail Standard Parcel service. Express orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier.
International orders are sent via airmail for standard delivery and via courier for express.
Estimated delivery times in working days (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays) are listed below for the various product types, destinations and delivery options. Whilst we are able to deliver the vast majority of orders within these times, please be aware that orders can sometimes take longer than expected, especially when shipping overseas via Airmail.

Please specify a delivery address where someone can sign for your order when delivering via courier/special delivery.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is dispatched.
Packaging
Paper prints and rolled canvas products are carefully wrapped and packaged in sturdy cardboard postal tubes.
Stretched canvasses are delivered covered with multiple levels of protective wrapping and packaged in a sturdy cardboard box.
Returns/refunds
As all prints are personalised products, we can not accept returns and can only offer refunds where items are faulty or damaged upon receipt. If so, please contact us and we will arrange for replacement items to be shipped out immediately.
