Delivery & Returns Information
At zumyn, you can order your mosaic in a variety of sizes and formats. Some of these can be delivered globally, whilst others are only available within selected european countries.
Delivery costs are calculated using the most expensive item to deliver in your order. The table of costs is displayed below:

* For the purposes of delivery, Europe is defined as the following countries:

Packaging
Paper prints and rolled canvas products are carefully wrapped and packaged in sturdy cardboard postal tubes.
Stretched canvasses are delivered covered with multiple levels of protective wrapping and packaged in a sturdy cardboard box.
Delivery
Large prints and rolled canvas products are sent either by First Class Royal Mail post within the UK, or airmail to the rest of the world. Extra-large prints are sent via standard parcel service and can take an extra 2 days to arrive. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK, and up to 20 working days to the rest of the world.
Stretched canvasses are sent by courier and will require a signature upon receipt. You should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for your order. For a stretched canvas, please allow 5-7 working days for UK delivery. Delivery to Europe can be up to an additional 4 days depending on the country.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns/refunds
As all prints are personalised products, we can not accept returns and can only offer refunds where items are faulty or damaged upon receipt. If so, please contact us and we will arrange for replacement items to be shipped out immediately.
